For one week your children spend their mornings at our partner school in Chengdu, sitting in on lessons and meeting classmates their own age. While they're in class, you have the morning to yourself. Afternoons and evenings you explore the city together, then continue to Xi'an and Chongqing as a family

Who it suits
Families with school-age children. No Chinese is needed. The point is the experience of a different classroom, and any Chinese they pick up is a bonus. It also suits families with a Chinese background who want their kids to see where they come from
What we arrange
Your children's placement at our partner school in Chengdu, subject to the school's approval of your dates, plus hotels, high-speed rail, private guides and drivers, and restaurants that can adjust the spice for children. You stay in the same city as your children the whole week
When to go
Placements run during the Chinese school term, which doesn't always line up with Australian school holidays. Tell us your dates early and we'll confirm them with the school before anything is booked
